Digital Sales Director for Northern Europe

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our Emerging & Scaled business team in Northern Europe. This role involves developing and expanding our presence across the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, development, and setting revenue quotas and critical metrics to ensure team success.
  • KPI-Driven Strategies: Develop and implement measurement strategies based on key performance indicators to drive success and demonstrate the value of our advertising solutions.
  • Account Allocation: Determine individual quotas and account lists for team members, collaborating with sales operations to optimize resource allocation.
  • Strategic Insights: Develop strategic insights, identify opportunities, and provide structured performance reporting within your market or market vertical.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct independent market analysis to identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities based on the dynamics and customer strategies specific to E&S.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of experience in the digital media space in Northern Europe, with 5+ years of team management experience.
