Our platform connects customer data across channels, predicts future behavior with AI, and individualizes experiences.

We are expanding our marketing nation across 25 countries and seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Officer to drive the Northern Europe market strategy to new heights.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who has a passion for B2B marketing and wants to build up the market presence of a unicorn SaaS company in the biggest market in the world.

The Senior Brand Marketing Officer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for UK, Benelux & Nordics, working closely with the global marketing team, local marketing specialists, and sales teams to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
  • Managing all local marketing activities: demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR.
  • Owning the event marketing program calendars, organizing both Insider's events and industry events, managing all aspects of the projects from speaker recruitment to logistics.
  • Creating locally relevant assets to aid with sales and campaigns - case studies, whitepapers, guides.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • +7 years of previous experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a SaaS business.
  • Solid leadership skills with experience in building and managing teams.
  • Good knowledge of the digital space.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to create and pitch compelling marketing materials and strong creative problem-solving skills.

As a Senior Brand Marketing Officer at Insider, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
