Job Title: Regional Director for Europe and UK Market Expansion

Job Summary:

Capex, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Regional Director to oversee business expansion in the Europe and UK markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Business Development

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

• Operational Management and Leadership

• Compliance and Risk Management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, consulting, or solution sales with a track record of leading large corporate projects

• 5+ years of experience in business operations or solution management with a knowledge of post-sales solution deployment process and practice

• Experience in Digital Marketing, Adtech, Martech, or Programmatic Advertising is a plus

• Experience in forming a sales team and working in customer success

• English language proficiency is required
