Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Director to drive business expansion in Europe and the UK market. The successful candidate will be responsible for hitting revenue targets, developing strategies, and building a team to achieve these goals.

  • Business Development: Drive growth efforts, including client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and alliances.
  • Client Management: Focus on Direct-To-Consumer businesses and products, understanding their challenges, and offering tailored AI solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure solution deployment meets client expectations and requirements, oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team, ensure alignment with the company's culture and values, and provide direction and mentorship to team members.
About You
  • You have 5+ years of experience in corporate sales/consulting/solution sales with a track record of leading large corporate projects.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in business operations/solution management with a knowledge of post-sales solution deployment process and practice.
  • You are an autonomous, strategic thinker passionate about solving business challenges.
  • You are eager to collaborate with engineering and production teams on product updates.
