About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with a deep understanding of the digital media landscape. They will be responsible for leading a team of sellers, developing and implementing measurement strategies, and driving business growth through effective sales tactics.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sellers, providing coaching, development, and setting revenue quotas and critical metrics to ensure team success.
  • Develop and implement measurement strategies based on key performance indicators to drive success and demonstrate the value of our advertising solutions.
  • Determine individual quotas and account lists for team members, collaborating with sales operations to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop strategic insights, find opportunities, and provide structured performance reporting within your market or market vertical.
  • Conduct independent market analysis to identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities based on dynamics and customer strategies specific to E&S.
