About the Role

The Category Development Manager role at Seven Search and Selection Ltd is a critical position that drives growth in international markets, particularly in Northern Europe's emerging distributor markets. As a key member of the team, you will lead the category and shopper marketing strategy across Northern European distributor markets, bridging category management, shopper insights, and trade marketing to deliver distribution and visibility growth.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and implementing category strategies that utilize consumer and shopper insights to capitalize on market opportunities.
  2. Defining and executing assortment strategies to ensure optimal portfolio coverage.
  3. Developing in-store merchandising principles and creating point-of-sale (POS) toolkits to support distributor activations and enhance brand presence throughout the shopper journey.
  4. Leading market-specific targets for new product introductions, aligning with brand teams, finance, and market managers.
  5. Providing insights to shape pricing strategies and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and overall business goals.
