About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Sales Director to lead our Publisher Sales Team in Northern Europe. Based in London, this management position will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing a team of Sales Executives.

As a player/coach, you will be responsible for building and growing outbound relationships with SMB Publisher clients and strategic business partners. You will leverage sales automation tools to generate leads and manage the sales cycle.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have experience in Inside Sales or a similar sales role in Advertising, SaaS, Technology, or a related field. A self-starter mentality, persistence, and results-oriented approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive the performance of a team of multilingual Publisher Sales professionals
  • Build and grow outbound relationships with SMB Publisher clients and strategic business partners
  • Leverage sales automation tools to generate leads and manage the sales cycle
  • Implement operational controls to ensure the sales cycle is optimized
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance management to team members

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; German language proficiency is a plus
  • Experience in Inside Sales or a similar sales role in Advertising, SaaS, Technology, or a related field
  • Able to demonstrate consistent over-performance against team targets and KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to drive efficiency while maintaining effectiveness across a sales team
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
