Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Bumper to Bumper. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales to existing customers, identifying and soliciting new customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and sales are increased.
- Identify and solicit new customers to expand the existing customer base.
- Take orders from customers, add new items to their inventory, and quote on new equipment when needed.
- Manage customer returns and ensure that customers' parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize the computer system, internet, and paper catalogs to identify the correct parts for customers' needs.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers to present a value proposition.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience with Bumper to Bumper.
Requirements:
- Automotive Refinishing and Automotive Parts experience.
- Experience in sales and delivering a high level of customer service.
- Proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
