Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Uni-Select Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our customers' business needs and preferences.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize our computer system, internet, and paper catalogs to identify and recommend the correct parts for our customers' needs.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers to present a value proposition.
- Manage territory pipeline and opportunity using our sales process.
- Ensure customers' parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Automotive Refinishing and Automotive Parts experience.
- Experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems.
- An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge.
