Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative and friendly team dedicated to improving our ward-based clinical pharmacy services. In this key post, you will be working as part of an established multidisciplinary team and be responsible for providing a high-quality clinical pharmacy service to our Emergency Department and Admissions wards.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is around £61,415 per annum, based on the London location and industry standards. The trust offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme and annual leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Combine expert opinion and practice at the bedside to benefit patient care.
- Work at the forefront of the multidisciplinary team to help implement, deliver, and continually improve medicines management.
- Optimize medicines prescribed on admission, make timely pharmaceutical interventions, and facilitate rapid discharge.
Qualifications and Experience
- GPhC registered.
- Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
- Post-registration experience relevant to hospital pharmacy.
