About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to lead our innovative teams in delivering a comprehensive psychology service. The successful candidate will have expertise in working with psychosis and complex needs, as well as experience in facilitating/co-facilitating psychological therapy groups, applying psychology in different cultural contexts, and teaching/training others.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead on the provision and delivery of a comprehensive psychology service, including direct and indirect psychological interventions, family work, and complex case consultation.
  • Develop and implement effective partnerships with multidisciplinary community teams and community/3rd sector partners.
  • Supervise other staff and lead service development projects, ensuring a commitment to leadership and partnership working.

The ideal candidate will have advanced specialist knowledge of psychology applied to clinical practice, specialist theoretical and practical knowledge of the assessment and intervention of complex mental health difficulties, and a genuine commitment to MDT partnership working and psychological approaches to psychosis.

Salary and Benefits
