SEN and Mental Health Learning Facilitator

We are looking for a caring and passionate graduate to join our team as a SEN and Mental Health Learning Facilitator. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing academic and pastoral support to students with mild SEN and mental health needs.
You will work closely with students to improve their academic ability, confidence, communication skills, and more. Our school has a track record of training own teachers and leaders, and we pride ourselves on our outstanding pastoral support.
The ideal candidate will have a Bright graduate with a 1st Class or 2:1 Degree, strong passion for working with students on their academia and mental health, enthusiasm to inspire children with learning, and confidence in knowledge of GCSE & A Level curriculum.
The estimated salary for this role is £24,287 - £28,660 per annum (£105 - £115 per day). With brilliant facilities, welcoming staff, and strong pastoral support, our school is an excellent place to work and learn.
