Job Title: Senior Mental Health Clinical Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mental Health Clinical Specialist to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a Senior Mental Health Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing psychological assessment and treatment to individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Developing the team's skills to increase understanding of the psychological needs of service users and their carers
  • Working with colleagues across local services advocating for both the role of psychology within the MDTs and the specific needs of older people with our community partners

Requirements:

  • Good honors degree (2:1 minimum) in Psychology and eligibility for graduate membership of BPS
  • Post-graduate doctorate in clinical psychology as accredited by the BPS
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.
