Mental Health Nurse Specialist

Cygnet Hospital Ealing seeks a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at New Dawn Ward, a 9-bed specialist Tier 4 service providing treatment, care and support for women with a personality disorder.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in delivering high-quality care and have a passion for empowering service users towards independence. Key responsibilities include producing written reports based on nursing assessments, working closely with the management team to develop and improve services, and ensuring individual care plans are maintained according to NMC guidelines.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience, as well as numerous benefits including pension schemes, professional development opportunities, and discounts on shopping, travel, and leisure activities.
