About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated graduate to join our team as a Behaviour Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualised support to students who require additional help to manage their behaviour. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to promote positive behaviour and well-being among students. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in education or special educational needs (SEN) and gain valuable experience working with children and young people. The salary for this role is £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of teenage mental health and the challenges associated with SEMH. You will also need to be able to demonstrate your passion for supporting at-risk students and hold a degree in a relevant field such as psychology, sociology, or special educational needs. Experience in supporting students with challenging behaviour is highly desirable but not essential. We are happy to provide training and support to the right candidate. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
