Job Title: Employment Support Specialist

The Royal Mencap Society is seeking an experienced Employment Support Specialist to join their Supported Internship team in Ealing. The successful candidate will play a central role in delivering support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them develop employability skills and achieve their career goals.

About the Role:
  • Deliver 1-1 job coaching and work with learners to develop essential skills for employment.
  • Embed English and Maths learning in the workplace to enhance employability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and delivery of services.
