This role is based within the Respiratory department and will provide administrative support to clinical teams. Key responsibilities include providing telephone and email support, coordinating clinic bookings, admitting day cases, and managing miscellaneous administrative tasks.

  • To ensure effective communication with patients, staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth patient pathways.">
  • To coordinate and manage data and evidence collection for national audits and quality improvement initiatives.">
  • To maintain accurate records of patient tracking and escalations on the Trust database.">
  • To work closely with the Service Management team and clinical team to deliver high-quality administrative processes.">
