**Job Overview:**

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Clinical Administrator to join our Respiratory Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Clinical teams, ensuring seamless patient care and timely treatment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinic bookings, managing patient records, and supporting service management and clinical teams with data collection and reporting. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to Clinical teams, including phone and email queries, clinic coordination, and data collection for national audits.
  • Ensure patient tracking and escalations are up-to-date on the Trust database.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to support service management and clinical teams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • NHS experience, with a strong understanding of respiratory medicine and RTT standards.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.

**Salary:** £31,081 - £33,665 per annum (inclusive of Cost Area Supplement).
