**The Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker Specialist to join our team at Choice Care. The successful candidate will have experience in the care sector, a willingness to learn and expand on their previous knowledge, and a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential care environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead by example and provide support and guidance to a team of social care workers.
- Supervise and share mealtimes with residents to encourage a positive attitude towards food and dining.
- Liaise with managers and other shift leaders to ensure seamless support to our residents.
**Benefits:**
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour contract.
