At Bluebird Care, we're seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you'll provide quality care services to elderly and less able individuals in their own homes, offering assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and domestic tasks while ensuring they have emotional support and companionship.

No prior experience is necessary, as we offer an extensive colleague training and development programme. However, you must be kind, compassionate, enjoy helping others, and possess a positive, can-do attitude that reflects our organisation's values.

You'll work alternate weekends and have the flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings. Our colleagues benefit from a competitive package, including:
