Join Our Team as an Adult Support Coordinator
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Support Coordinator to join our team at Choice Care Group. As a key member of our care team, you'll work closely with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions to provide tailored support and guidance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Providing one-to-one support to adults with complex needs in a residential care environment
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as shopping, cooking, and personal care
  • Liaising with care professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive support
