Youth Care Professional

We Manage Jobs is seeking a dedicated Youth Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing and development of children and young people.
This role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable individuals. You will be responsible for supervising children during meal times and outdoor activities, as well as providing support with personal care. This includes toileting, changing, and feeding children according to their individual needs. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other members of staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise children during meal times and outdoor activities
- Provide support with personal care, including toileting, changing, and feeding
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain high standards of care
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), along with opportunities for professional development and training. We also offer a comprehensive induction program and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
