Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our care team at Oldbury Grange. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and supporting the care team in delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role
  • As a registered nurse, you will work closely with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
  • You will provide clinical assessment and ensure that all care is planned, implemented, and evaluated in accordance with CQC standards.
  • Collaborate with GPs, case managers, and primary healthcare practitioners to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience as a Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC registration. Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable but not essential.
