As a Primary Care Nurse at our busy practice, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the practice's goals. Your nursing expertise will be essential in managing chronic diseases, conducting health screenings, and educating patients on preventative care measures.

We are offering a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, for this challenging yet rewarding position. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with GPs, Lead Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and service delivery.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Practice Nurse in a primary care setting, with a strong understanding of public health and preventative care measures. Proficiency in a range of nursing procedures, including immunisations, chronic disease management, wound care, and health screenings, is also essential. In addition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to collaborative practice and continuous professional development, are required.

This role offers an opportunity to engage in continuous professional development, participate in clinical audits, and contribute to quality improvement meetings. You will also have the chance to facilitate learning experiences for other clinicians, including trainees, provide supervision, and promote shared learning.
