**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Choice Care.
The successful candidate will have experience in the care sector, a willingness to learn and expand on their previous knowledge, and a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential care environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Liaise with managers and other shift leaders to ensure seamless support to our residents.
- Supervise and share mealtimes with residents to encourage a positive attitude towards food and dining.
- Provide guidance and support to social care workers, while ensuring the highest level of care and leading by example.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour contract.
