We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Care Manager to join our team at Choice Care Group. As a key leader within our care team, you'll oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Leading a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of residents
