Key Responsibilities- Supervision and Support: Assist in the supervision of residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Monitoring and Recording: Monitor and record resident activities, including movement in and out of the building, and maintain accurate records of incidents and events.
- Care and Wellbeing: Contribute to the maintenance of a healthy, safe, and productive environment, promoting the wellbeing and dignity of all residents.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of care and support services.
- Health and Safety: Understanding of good health and safety practice, including risk assessments and emergency procedures.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and external agencies.
- Administration: Basic IT skills and ability to use administrative systems, including data entry and reporting.
- Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Competitive Salary: £18,000-£20,000 per annum (dependent on experience), paid 42 hours per week.
- Bonus Scheme: Eligible for a bonus scheme, paying up to £1 per hour worked, payable quarterly.
- Overtime Opportunities: Availability for overtime, paid at enhanced rates.
- Vacation Time: 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
- Pension Scheme: Eligibility for a contributory pension scheme.
