Health and Social Care Team Supervisor

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational and care delivery functions of our Domiciliary Care service, promoting the service, and ensuring high standards for client care. This role offers a competitive salary of £32,000-£36,000 per annum, up to 32 days annual leave, and continual support from Head Office.
Job Details
This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to have at least 1 year of experience in Domiciliary Care Management and be working toward or achieved NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care. A UK Driving Licence is also essential. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing operational and care delivery functions
- Promoting the service to increase new client referrals
- Developing and retaining care staff
- Ensuring high standards for client care
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in Domiciliary Care Management
• Working toward or achieved NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
• UK Driving Licence
