Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Hospital and Intermediate Care Team in Oldbury.

This role offers a competitive rate of £30 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their career in adult social care.

The successful candidate will work on a locum basis, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, covering weekends. This flexible arrangement allows for a good work-life balance while still providing opportunities for growth and development.

About the Role

  • This position involves working closely with other Senior Practitioners to deliver high-quality services to adults and their carers.
  • You will be responsible for prioritizing enquiries from customers and responding promptly and proportionately to requests for Care Act Assessments.
  • A strong understanding of the Care Act 2014 and related legislative frameworks is essential for this role.

Requirements

  • A degree in social work or equivalent qualification is required.
  • You must be currently registered with Social Work England.
  • Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK is necessary for this position.
