**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Taking the lead in supporting adults with complex needs in a residential care environment
  • Liaising with managers and other team leaders to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Supervising and sharing mealtimes with residents to promote a positive attitude towards food and dining
