About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing top-notch support and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Senior Customer Support Executives to manage client orders and queries
- Action inbound and outbound calls to provide timely and effective support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Participate in full training on using systems and procedures to carry out daily tasks
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, accurate, and organized, with a passion for helping others
- An active listener with high attention to detail
- Willing to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results
- Able to work confidently and calmly under pressure
