We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at PYVITAL.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales or administration who excels in delivering great customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in handling customer enquiries, managing orders, and providing exceptional after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, online chat, and face-to-face interactions.
  2. Update Customer Records: Update and maintain customer records using the CRM system.
  3. Organise Deliveries: Organise deliveries and provide after-sales support, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  4. Manage Claims: Manage and input claims between the UK office and head office, as well as from customers to the UK office.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer interactions.
  • Showcasing strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
