About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our IT Service Desk team as a Customer Service Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to staff, students, and visitors via various contact methods.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support: Respond to and resolve technical queries and issues via phone, email, and live chat.
- Record accurate user interactions: Ensure all contact with users is documented accurately in our IT Service Management tool.
- Monitor and identify trends: Analyze incident records to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues: Work closely with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Develop knowledge and skills: Continuously update your knowledge and skills to provide effective solutions to users.
