Job Overview
CV-Library is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Administrator to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging appointments nationwide, collaborating with internal teams, and providing top-notch customer service. If you have previous experience in customer service or a related field, this could be the perfect role for you

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Assess customer issues and order parts as needed.
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure seamless communication.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to promptly resolve customer concerns and provide a positive experience.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • GCSE Math's and English are preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems to manage customer interactions and orders.
