As a Business Support Officer, you will play a key part in the Community Safety Team by ensuring that invoices are processed efficiently and purchase orders are raised in a timely manner. Your role will also involve scheduling meetings and sending materials to relevant stakeholders.

About the role

You will be supporting the delivery of a new project from the council, which will involve liaising and working with various teams and stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working in a busy administrative environment where you can prioritise your workload. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills to ensure that enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
