We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Team Administrator to join our Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative support, enabling clinical care delivery in patient homes. The successful candidate will work closely with our District Nurses, providing essential administrative functions, maintaining central filing systems, and handling non-clinical queries.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate typing of letters, minutes of meetings, and other documentation.
- Maintain and implement central filing systems for patient records, patient information, care plan documentation, and staff documentation.
- Undertake office duties such as photocopying, replenishing information, and ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
- Answer non-clinical queries from clients and their relatives seeking advice from Nursing Staff.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can demonstrate a high level of professionalism when interacting with service users.
- ECDL or equivalent IT qualification.
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above, or equivalent experience.
- NVQ Level 3, Diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in administration and clerical work, preferably within a healthcare setting.
The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
