About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Central Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working in an office-based environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating diaries and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Managing high volumes of phone calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy
  • Booking meeting rooms and arranging travel for the team
  • Processing expenses and undertaking additional tasks as required
  • Providing day-to-day support to teams, addressing queries and concerns
  • Offering backup coverage for colleagues during holidays and absences
