Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Care Services Coordinator to join our Adult Social Care Commissioning Team in Wakefield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of commissioning strategies, ensuring alignment with the objectives of Wakefield Council and the Integrated Health and Care Partnership.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify service gaps and develop solutions, as well as negotiating contracts and managing relationships with providers.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary Range: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
