We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Services Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people, while also advancing your own career within the organization.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,395 per annum, based on 00 per hour DOE. In addition to the salary, the successful candidate will also be entitled to a range of benefits, including a monthly attendance bonus of £150, paid study leave, and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities
This role involves working closely with the Clinical in-House Team and the Head of Care to implement positive behavior management strategies and ensure compliance with Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for promoting the welfare and well-being of children and young people, and contributing to the development of a safe and nurturing environment.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare. You will also need to have a willingness to undergo training and professional development, as well as knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements. A driving licence is essential for this position.
