About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Youth Development Project Manager to lead our discipleship project in Wakefield. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a project to grow young disciples, partnering with local churches and engaging with over 200 young people in new worshipping communities by 2028.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team to develop and deliver the project, supported by a project coordinator and two other youth workers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering the project to grow young disciples in Wakefield
  • Implementing the Acorn course and establishing a young worshiping community
  • Supporting young people in establishing social action activities
  • Working with a team to develop and deliver the project

The salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
