Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Refurbishment Project Manager to join our team at Velocity Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take responsibility for delivering multiple refurbishment/cut and carve projects from inception through to handover.

About the Role:
This is an exciting role that involves managing the delivery of various refurbishment projects, primarily focused on fit out and M&E services with values ranging from £30,000 to £1 million. As a Senior Refurbishment Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing detailed programmes and schedules to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting of progress. Additionally, you will identify quality expectations and develop measures to ensure compliance with customer requirements and project business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement site establishment strategies to ensure efficient management of site logistics;
• Implement statutory, regulatory, and company requirements for health and safety, environmental, and waste management;
• Manage and discharge regulatory requirements related to planning and building regulations approvals;
• Contribute to supply chain selection processes and provide regular feedback on supply chain performance;
• Agree time, cost, and quality aspects of trade contractor packages;
