Job Description

As a Residential Youth Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to young people in our care. Your duties will include:

  • Promoting the welfare and safeguarding of our young people
  • Establishing trusting relationships with our residents
  • Encouraging their personal interests and development

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that each young person receives tailored support and care. A key aspect of this role is your ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A relevant qualification or experience in childcare is desirable, but not essential. We provide full training to help you achieve an Apprenticeship Level 4 diploma.

We offer a competitive salary range of £11.93 - £12.20 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus £45 per sleep-in duty. You will also benefit from:
