Job Description

As an Agile Project Delivery Manager at Interface Recruitment UK, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies. Your primary focus will be on managing multiple technology projects and work streams to drive delivery of key project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Deliver complex Agile projects, controlling project constraints and scope.
  • Scrum Master: Act as Scrum Master for one or more development teams, servicing main products/tech projects.
  • Quality and On-time Delivery: Ensure quality and on-time delivery of technology projects.
  • Governance and Frameworks: Drive governance aligned to industry standard frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have previous Technology Project/SCRUM experience running multiple teams/projects simultaneously, with a minimum of one year's Scrum Master experience for a software development team applying Scrum/Agile principles.

  1. Technology Project Experience: Previous experience in delivering technology projects using Agile methodologies.
  2. Scrum Master Certification: Possession of Scrum Master certification is desirable.
  3. Communication and Time Management Skills: Good communication and time management skills are essential.
  4. Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are required.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
