Role Overview
Horizon Care and Education is seeking a dedicated Youth Support Professional to join our team in supporting young people in our homes across the Yorkshire region. As a Residential Youth Worker, you will play a crucial role in enabling young people to feel confident about their future.

About the Role
You will support young people in various aspects of daily life, including helping them continue with hobbies and social activities, providing support with morning routines, preparing evening meals, and encouraging them to reach their potential. This role requires working in a reflective manner and delivering relationship-based, person-centred care as part of a small team. The successful candidate will be open to working varied shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
