About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and direct a team of support workers. You will be responsible for creating and monitoring individual care plans, providing personal care and support, and managing attendance, annual leave, and absences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create, organize, and monitor individual care plans to ensure person-led care practices.
  2. Provide personal care, including support with health and medication needs, finances, and documents.
  3. Manage attendance, annual leave, and absences; authorize timesheets and plan rotas to meet service standards.
  4. Assess and support your team to deliver brilliant quality every day.
