Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to provide administrative support to our Operations and Quality and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Operational team and the Quality and Compliance team, including coordinating requests for information and generating routine reports.
  • Record minutes for key meetings, ensuring accuracy in recording of discussions and actions.
  • Maintain electronic document management systems and assist in the retrieval of relevant files and information as required.
  • Support operational delivery plans to monitor progress against actions and timescales.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to manage sensitive information and remain confidential.
  • Resilient enough to handle sensitive and sometimes distressing information.
  • Competent in using a range of MS Office packages.
