Bridgeway Professionals is seeking a Cleaning and Compliance Specialist to manage sanitation and cleaning operations on the night shift. This critical role ensures a clean and safe environment for production by overseeing the work of sanitation employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sanitation and cleaning strategies to meet high standards of cleanliness and regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect equipment regularly to ensure cleanliness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train employees in cleaning procedures, SSOPs, and safety processes to foster a culture of excellence and prevent contamination risks.
  • Create and maintain schedules for cleaning facilities, grounds, and equipment to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct audits to verify compliance with SQF and GMP standards.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize cleaning protocols.
  • Offer daily guidance and support to employees regarding sanitation and cleaning processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in food manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of managing sanitation and cleaning operations in a regulated environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to food safety and quality.
  • Demonstrated expertise in food safety and quality principles and practices.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with teams and resolve issues.

Estimated salary: $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
