Job Description: Accounting Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Support Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to accountants and management teams. This includes preparing budgets, maintaining reports, and performing basic bookkeeping and accounting duties.

Main Responsibilities:
• Providing day-to-day support to the finance department, including data entry and record-keeping
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and presentations
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Participating in month-end closure procedures and audits
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary Range: £22,000 - £28,000 per year
