We offer a rewarding role that involves providing personalised care and support to adults with unique needs. As a Support Worker, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and involved professionals to deliver a coordinated and consistent service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be respectful and caring, and have a keen interest in promoting active and independent lifestyles for the individuals they support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing respectful care and practical support to service users
  • Maximising social opportunities and community engagement
  • Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a seamless service delivery
