Youth Housing Advocate at Service Care Solutions Ltd.
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Youth Housing Advocate. In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide supportive accommodations for care-experienced young people. Your main objective will be to empower young people to realise their full potential and help shape our services.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partner agencies to create a holistic support network.
- Empower care leavers to realise their full potential and help shape our services.
- Conduct timely visits and pathway planning to guide young people towards their future.
